Merchandise Returns: We will accept returns within thirty (30) days of receipt of your merchandise (except for non-returnable, clearance and special order items). Certain items can be returned for exchange or store credit only and may be subject to a restocking fee. Credit will not be issued without prior authorization for the return from yorkwhite.com and must include a return authorization number (RA#) on the packaging. To obtain an RA# and return address (varies by product) you can email us or call. The RA# must be written on the outside of the return package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. To insure receipt, it is recommended that returns are accompanied with a tracking number which should be emailed to sales@yorkwhite.com. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refund value for items will be reduced for free gifts or discounts received at the time of purchase. All returned merchandise must be uninstalled, unused and in new condition; in the original packaging; and include all parts, instructions and accessories. Opened packages may be subject to additional fees if any items and/or documentation are missing. GiftCards, bathing suits, lingerie, personalized items and e-GiftCards cannot be returned.
Problem Orders: If you received the wrong product or model, an item is missing or there are other problems with your order, contact us via e-mail at customerservice@yorkwhite.com to begin the investigative process.
Defective Merchandise:
All merchandise needs to
be inspected upon receipt. If a defect is found, it is necessary to
contact us
immediately to resolve the issue. In certain cases, it may be necessary
to call the designer/manufacturer directly if you think the merchandise you received is defective or does not work properly. Most manufacturers view defective merchandise as a warranty claim and will usually repair or replace the merchandise (policies may vary from designer/manufacturer to manufacturer).
