Canceled Order: To cancel an order, you must notify yorkwhite.com customer service via sales@yorkwhite.com no later than 12:00 PM EST the next business day after the order was placed. After that time frame, any other unshipped, canceled orders will be charged a $10.00 processing fee, billed against your credit card. If an order is canceled after it has shipped, all shipping charges and a 15% handling fee will be billed against your credit card.
Non-Returnable: All sales of items tagged "non-returnable", "clearance" or "special order" on the yorkwhite.com site are final sales. Returns of such items will not be accepted.
